1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before collection. Orders will not be released without full payment.

Bookings made within 30 days of collection must be paid in full at the time of booking.

A €50 security deposit per suit is required at collection. This may be used to cover any items that are lost or damaged beyond repair, the following replacement charges apply:

Trousers - €100 |
Waistcoat - €80 |
Shirt - €50 |
Tie / Bow - €20 |

Any charges will be deducted from your security deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid.
2. Your Responsibilities

Please check all items at collection and let us know immediately if anything isn’t right.

Garments must not be altered.

Shirts may need ironing before wear.

You are responsible for all items from: collection until when they are returned.

Exchanges must be returned in-store and in original condition.

All hires are subject to availability.
3. Returns

Your return date is shown on your confirmation and hire ticket. All suits to be returned by 1pm.

A late fee of €10 per day, per suit applies after this date.

Items not returned within 7 days may be charged at full retail value.

We cannot accept responsibility for personal items returned to us by mistake.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days before collection: credit note will be issued for the value paid.

Cancellations made within 30 days: 50% of the hire cost will be charged.
By choosing to hire with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Hire outlined above.
You accept full responsibility for the hired items from the time of collection until they are returned. You understand that you are liable for any loss, damage, late returns, or additional charges as stated in these terms.
