You should confirm that the information you supply to our website is accurate and complete and relates specifically to you, the customer. If any of your personal details change, you should advise us of the changes by email; email@example.com.

We may change the terms and conditions from time to time, at our discretion. Using the website after changes have been made will mean that you have agreed to accept the new changes.
Placing an Order
By placing your order you have agreed to pay the price as stated, you will then receive a confirmation email from us stating your order has been received. You will receive a further email from us when you order has been dispatched.
We will contact you via email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, your debit/credit card will then be automatically refunded. Your order is accepted by us when you receive our email confirming your goods have been dispatched.
We may not accept your order if:
- Your payment fails to pass our security checks.
- The item ordered is out of stock.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- We find a product or pricing error.
- A product fails our internal quality checks.
- We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion.
Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch process so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we may either contact you and ask you if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price, or we may contact you to tell you that we have cancelled your order (and you will then need to place a new order if you still wish to buy the Product).
Prices online may vary from those in-store.
If you have any questions please contact Customer Services team, during office hours Monday-Friday 10am to 5pm GMT. If you wish to speak to someone, please send your name and phone number to the below email address and we will contact you back as soon as possible within our office hours.
If you are paying by credit or debit card, we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your card upon receiving your order to ensure there are sufficient funds to settle the transaction. Goods will not be despatched until the pre-authorisation check is complete and authorisation has been provided by the card issuer. We are not responsible for any failure of the card issuer to provide authorisation and will not ship your order until authorisation has been received by us. By placing an order you confirm you are the authorised card holder.
We will charge your card when your order is confirmed.
We aim to provide you with a safe, reliable shopping experience. We therefore support Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which have the same principles as Chip & Pin, and which help to protect your card against unauthorized use. If your bank or card issuer has adopted this programme, you may receive a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode verification page when you are shopping on the website. If you are not presented with the page but wish to register for the programme to improve the security associated with your card, please contact your bank directly, or search for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode on the Internet for more information. If you are prompted with a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode screen, and you choose not to register, your card issuer may not allow your order to be processed on that card. If this occurs, you will be asked to provide a different payment method to complete your purchase.
We also use PayPal as a secure method of processing payments for orders placed. PayPal terms and conditions apply. All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will either cancel your order or seek payment by an alternative method. If this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods, we cannot be held responsible.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Depending on your processor, Payflow Pro also supports level 2 and level 3 Purchasing Cards (P-Cards). Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.
During the checkout process, we may use the information you provided to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. In so doing, we may disclose your address and postcode, as well as other information about your order, to third parties to perform that validation. Any disclosure of your information is done securely and you will never receive any marketing solicitation as a result of the information provided.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please see our Delivery page on how to return your goods.
