Dave Mc's Menswear/818 Limerick are happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it (Christmas Excluded). *Sale items are excluded from refund policy and will only be exchanged only. During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return/exchange any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. All items will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear / Socks or Vests ar non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Fragrance cannot be returned once original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.
- Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return in – store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service, our delivery partner is fastway. You must have your order number and order confirmation docket.
If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store in which was purchased.
Returning items in-store
You are able to return/exchange any item you purchased in –store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will accept your return upon checking your items/return docket. Your refund if applicable will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, a Dave Mc's Menswear/818 gift voucher will be offered to you.
